Chris Roehm, CFP – Partner

Chris is a Certified Financial Planner™ Practitioner and limits his practice exclusively to tax, estate and financial planning for owners of closely held and family businesses. He believes that he has engaged more business owners in planning over the last ten years than anyone in the USA who specializes in this area.

Outside of the office, Chris has many interests. He's been doing yoga for 15 years, refereeing rugby for 30, and has a goal to be an 1800 rated club chess player.

Max Roehm, CPA – Partner

Max is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He toiled through two tax seasons at a major public accounting firm before becoming a partner.

Max won a national championship in men’s collegiate division 1AA rugby in 2013 with UCF.


Bill White, of Counsel

Bill is an attorney with a focus on business continuity and closely held and family business succession. Bill assists Chris and Noah with designs of buy-sell agreements and ownership transfer strategies to family members and key employees.

Bill was in-house tax planning counsel for 10 years at Minnesota Life (now Securian Financial) where he became an expert on the use and the taxation of life insurance in business planning. Bill also serves to provide expert assistance to the attorneys representing our clients.

Lance Ignatowicz, ACS, ALMI, MRAP – Underwriting Manager

Lance serves as the underwriting advocate for Life Insurance Guy. He has more than 20 years of big case experience in getting our client’s applications approved with the most favorable underwriting offers. A big advantage we have as owners of Lion Street is direct access to the lead underwriters at our partner carriers. Lance’s wealth of knowledge and experience that allows him to strategically negotiate insurance offers for our clients.
