Lender emailed Chris with instructions to call client and discuss options for policy to secure SBA loan. 

Chris called client.  Asked health history questions.  Sent preliminary premium quote and online application request.

Chris met with client online, answered questions, filled out online application and got immediate approval without an exam or collecting medical records.

The client signed electronically to accept the policy and paid the premium. 

Collateral assignment was recorded and emailed to the lender with a copy of the policy, confirming everything is in good order.
